ArriveList policies

Terms of use

Effective 28 July 2026

What ArriveList does

ArriveList lets an organizer store an expected display-name list and lets holders of a private staff link mark or undo arrival. It is a coordination record, not identity verification, ticket validation, security screening, or legal attendance evidence.

Appropriate events

Use ArriveList only for low-risk events where a display name and trusted bearer link are sufficient. Do not use it for safeguarding, regulated attendance, payroll, emergency accountability, immigration, access control, or other high-stakes decisions.

Your links are credentials

Anyone holding a complete manager link can control and delete the event. Anyone holding the staff link can see all display names and change arrival marks while open. You are responsible for sharing links only with appropriate people.

Acceptable content

Enter only the display names needed for check-in. Do not add contact details, addresses, birth dates, ticket identifiers, medical information, notes, or unlawful and abusive content.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available and may change or stop. Keep any source guest list you need independently. You remain responsible for event operations and for checking whether ArriveList is suitable for your context.

Retention and deletion

Managers may delete immediately. Closed events are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, and every event is deleted no later than 90 days after creation.
