Guest check-in for trusted event teams

Check guests in from one shared list.

Paste the expected names, save the private manager link, and share a separate staff link with trusted helpers. Everyone can search the same list and see arrival marks update across open devices.

Create a guest list

No accounts · No app install · Manager and staff links stay separate

Three focused steps

From pasted names to a shared door list.

01

Paste the expected guest names

Add an event title and paste one display name per line. Blank lines are removed, while duplicate names remain separate.

02

Save the private manager link

Copy the manager link on the recovery screen. There are no accounts, so the link is the key to editing, closing, or deleting the event.

03

Share the staff link and mark arrivals

Trusted helpers open one staff link, search the list on their phones, and mark or undo arrivals while the event is open.

For low-risk events with a known list

Useful when a display name and trusted staff link are enough.

  • Community gatherings and club meetings
  • Workshops and school social events
  • Nonprofit fundraisers and festival desks
  • Small event teams working from several phones

Start with one event

Give the door team one clear guest list.

Create the list, save management access, and test the separate staff link on another phone before guests arrive.
