Search, mark, and correct one mistake

At the first door, a helper searches “Elena” and marks the matching row. At the second door, another helper accidentally marks the wrong Alex and uses Undo immediately. Both phones converge on the current state, while the manager sees the count update without reloading.

Close the event and remove the names

After the arrival period, the organizer closes the event so staff can no longer change rows. The result is described only as rows marked arrived through the staff link. Once the center no longer needs the list, the organizer permanently deletes the event.
